Licence
Vault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the application.
Ownership
All software and intellectual property remain the property of Vault.
Restrictions
You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the application.
Updates
Vault may update the application and features at any time.
Third-Party Services
Use of QuickBooks or other integrations is subject to their own terms.
Termination
Your licence ends if your account is terminated or you breach this Agreement.
Liability
The application is provided subject to applicable law. Liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
