Built by Tradesmen, for Tradesmen
We didn't build Vault in a boardroom. We built it on-site — because we lived the problems we're solving.
Our Story
Between us we've spent years on the tools — juggling last-minute labour gaps, chasing paperwork late into the evening, and trying to keep projects moving while still doing the work ourselves. We knew there had to be a better way.
We were tired of the communication breakdown and the constant friction of managing a business while trying to finish the job. Vault is the platform we wish we'd had years ago — stripped of the fluff, focused on the realities of the trade, and designed to help you get the job done efficiently.
What Drives Us
Real Experience
Every feature is shaped by years of first-hand site work, not theoretical office assumptions.
Practical by Design
No unnecessary complexity. Just the tools you actually need to keep your jobs, team, and paperwork under control.
For the Trade
Built by people who know exactly what it's like to be on the tools, for people who do it every day.
